"Spider-Man 3: The Deluxe Sound Storybook" Spider-Man has got to be one of the most beloved comic characters ever, and is definitely one of my all-time favorites. Getting a chance to workon a Spider-Man movie project was something of a dream come true for me! Not only did I get to draw "ol' Web-Head," I also got to draw Peter Parker, Mary Jane Watson, Gwen Stacy, and the Sandman. What a thrill! Above we see examples of the classic comic book Spider-Man that I grew up with. I would have loved to have drawn THIS version of Spidey, but I was still pleased at the opportunity to draw the version featured in the Sam Raimi movies. The raised webbing effect (seen below) was quite a headache to pull off, but I like the result.
